  1. Okie Car Counter is one I found because it is the way I eat myself. It was a place with recipes and other helpful tips for low carbers.

The other one was Footballs Are Round. The name caught my attention. I also enjoy soccer and it seems like a fun place about local soccer.

  3. Footballs Are Round, about sport of soccer and seems interesting although it's been awhile since there was a post. Also, The Daily Bitch was a funny one about a conservative Okie living in LA, sounds funny.

  4. http://librarystories.blogspot.com/ This blog is about libraries and librarians, both of which are important to me. Also, my mama is a librarian and she's super cool and smart.

  5. I liked the Leap of Faith because it's a blog about the process of adopting a child and I want to adopt a child in the future.

I also liked the blog called Stef's Crazy Life. She seems silly and her first few posts were interesting to read.

  6. http://www.writenews.com/snapchat-raises-another-200-million-for-20-billion-valuation-52320161 I like this one because of how much snapchat makes and get offered and still wont take the money.

http://www.blogher.com/youtube-star-my-cupcake-addictions-shares-her-best-video-advice This one is great too because of how they interview her and about her success and its interesting to see how people made it so far.

  8. I found my two at http://www.blogher.com/network. The first blog I found is http://www.blogher.com/myprofile/5resolutions, this blog is about exploring potential body image issues in the fashion industry. The second blog I found is http://www.blogher.com/advocate-selfishness, this blog is about promoting self-love throughout multiple trials and tribulations of life. I like both of these blogs because they are well-organized, orderly, and interesting. Both blogs offer helpful insights for various situations. I like the voice of both of the authors, they have personalities and aren't bland.

I didn't necessarily care for the content of the blog, but I liked how it was set up. Good colors, simple layout, brief posts.

What's not to love? It's a blog about Sooner Football.

  10. Although he hasn't posted anything since May 2008, I like the blog "Footballs are round" - it's a blog about soccer. I think he was pretty witty with the title

Also "Leap of Faith" because she's been blogging her adoption and life as a mom since 2006. I'm a fan of her consistency.

  11. 24inMyMind- a 40 year old who thinks and has the wit of a 24 year old. She takes corky twist on writing and seems to enjoy life, not drown in it.

Will Write for Dogs- My love language, dogs. This dog mom, writes about her daily life with her family and her pets. LOVE!

  12. One blog I found that I really liked was Scorecard Scribblings. It seemed very interesting and I really liked the layout of the page. I also liked Notes from Norman because it is an OU football blog.

  13. My passion is sports which made my two favorite blogs quite easy to choose. Scorecard Scribblings and footballs are round were two interesting blogs to me simply because they pertain to sports.

  14. I liked this blog called A Place to Land. I think it was interesting and creative. His style of writing is similar to how I want my to be. Plus the layout is awesome.

I also thought this was an informative blog about publishing. It was kind of boring looking but it was a nice adventure to view.

  15. I really enjoyed reading A Bakers Blog. Holly, is a mother of two. She started blogging to share recipes with her mom. Holly has been blogging since 2011, and is still blogging. Not only does she include a picture of what she bakes, and the recipe, but I also enjoyed how she features other bloggers in her blogs.

Another blog that I liked was $5 Dollar Dinners. What I liked the most about this blog is that you can get advice on how to save money on recipes that you can cook. It also looks like a successful blog.

  16. I liked "Jake Goes To War" it's about this guy who was deployed to go to Iraq and wrote about the harsh realities over there. He hasn't written anything since 2007, but it was interesting.

I also really liked "from chaos to Grace" about a mom who has adopted a few kids, and does photography as her job from home. But she writes about trusting God in everyday life and through all the obstacles to trust him, and her growing faith. Which I think is really cool and brave.

  17. I found a blog called "The Viet Vegan". I try to be a vegan although I cheat a lot, so this blog was very interesting. Lisa is a vegan working in a food marketing industry in Canada. One of the reasons I liked her blog is she is Vietnamese so there were some of vegan Vietnamese food recipes.

I also liked "Bless'er House". Lauren is a Southern girl and her blog has lots of cool home decor DIY ideas. Most of her posts are about how to make/get/do things with low budget. Since I am a college student, this is more helpful for me.

  18. The first blog I found on google is called "Nomadic Matt". I thought this blog was pretty impressive because he has turned his blog into his business and money maker. I like you can also sign up to get emails and tips about traveling from him.

Even though I don't like the colors and design of her blog because it isn't very appealing to the eye, "Adventurous Kate" has a very informative travel blog. I like how she took pictures of everything and included them with what she's talking about so you stay interested in her long blog posts.

  19. I like the blog Okie Funk (okiefunk.com) maintained by Kurt Hochenauer. This blog talks about social issues. The copy is interesting and well written. The design is cluttered and not cohesive. I would suggest some changes in layout and color choices, but the content is good enough to overshadow the design shortcomings.

I also like stefscrazylife.wordpress.com. This blog is an accumulation of the author's thoughts, experience and political musings. This blogs design is not my favorite, but I believe the design works well with the site's content and the author's personality. I also like the writer's style, and how she incorporates religious texts into her posts.
