  1. I learned so much from these 10 easy ways to make your blog shine! I learned to consistently have two different fonts one for titles and the other for the body because constantly changing fonts can look sloppy.

  2. I didn't know about Favicon till read this article. It is amazing that I can make my own favicon for my blog. I'll try to make my own special icon for my blog :)

  3. I haven't done a second post yet, so I'm not sure if I already have post dividers implemented in my blog, but I think that it would make it look very clean. It is definitely something I will look into if I don't already have it.
Also, I liked the idea of a signature at the end of each blog post. That will create a unique feature to each post and I think I will look into a handwriting program to convert that and make a unique looking signature. Or maybe I could use the font that my header is in, since it looks like handwriting.

  4. I learned a lot from this. I didn't know what a favicon was before reading this article. I also didn't think about the importance of post dividers. Also, I'm gonna see if I can add my signature to my blog.

  5. I learned that I should be consistent with my blog colors and font type. I also learned that having too many different types looks unprofessional and looks like I did not put much effort into my post. I also think that it is cool that we can add a signature to the end of our posts. I also would like to add sidebar titles.

  6. I could definitely use a consistent color palette of 2-3 colors for my blog. Once I have that in place I can work on a background that isn't too distracting on the screen. Every detail is important to the tiniest details such as making the widgets match. Also, if I wanted to, I could add my social media to connect to more people.

  7. I feel as I am agreeing with others here on having a consistent color palette. Right now I just have my background image and my black font color with a white background. With adding more color I could catch the viewers attention more and reel them in. I also like the addition of post dividers, adding social media connections (which I did), and adding a signature.

  8. I learned a lot from this link. It talks a lot about how important colors are, I knew this, but reinforcing it kind of made me re-think the colors that are prominently shown in my blog. I think images and backgrounds are really important too. The link talks about how the background can be the theme of the blog.

  9. I think post dividers are a good way to help your blog look consistent and neat. The dividers will make sure your posts don't run together when people are trying to navigate through the posts.

  10. I learned so much from this link! I had no idea what a favicon was before this post. It was very informative. The best advice I took from the link was about the blog post dividers and the blog navigation menu. I look forward to using this advice to make my blog more personalized.

  11. One thing from this that I will definitely be putting into application is sidebar navigation. I haven't put a whole lot of thought into what and how much I am going to put in there, but it's something I need to put more focus on.

  12. I have learned that you can put your "signature" on after every post and that give the blog some personality. I also learned that if you want your blog to shine you should only use 2-3 colors for font color so you keep everything clean and not to busy looking for the reader.
