First two sentences
Comment below, during class today, writing the first two sentences of your blog essay that is due Thrusday.
Remember...essay due at start of class, stapled. Don not expect to print it here in class.
This is three sentences, but it felt unfinished with just the two.
As time goes on, life moves faster and faster, and people have less and less time to sit down and watch the news. Journalists and other news people have had to be more creative about the way they get news out to their viewers. This is where social media comes in.
Public Relations fields are seeing a significant change since blogging has become so popular. Many big companies and organizations are hiring more social media directors to help keep up with blogs and tweets.
Music blogs are a great way to find out about that new artist or be one of the first to listen to a hit new single. The question is how are these blogs affecting the landscape of music.
The impact of blogging on the advertising industry has amassed a greater influence than one would expect. Most blogs that are read today have at least some form of advertising, whether it is through Google AdWords or content submitted through third party sources.
Media in the past has been mysteriously redundant. Newspapers, television, and radio have traditionally been the mediums for information to be received by the public.
They way business advertise varies from T.V. and radio commercials to simple bill boards and fliers, but with the every growing number of people blogging companies have found a new way to promote their product. Blogs have had a substantial effect on the way companies advertise their product.
Eudora Welty once said, ‘'A good snapshot stops a moment from running away". As a Blogger and a Photo Journalist, one goal should be to record thoughts, emotions, and especially moments in time.
In the current year two thousand thirteen business blogging seems to be a way for businesses to interact with their target audience and the target audience to interact with the business if available. Those business starting out or been in the market for years wanting to learn more about business blogging.
Blogging effects journalism in both positive and negative ways. The over-saturation of bloggers and social media waters down and inaccurately labels the influence of content deemed worthy of readership. However, when used effectively and as a tool to publish reputable news, a blog can become a very applicable device in a storyteller’s arsenal.
Sporting blogs have become a major source for individuals to gain access to information about their favorite sport or team. Sporting blogs have changed the way individuals now cover sports.
Blogging and other forms of modern information are taking over traditional print journalism. With so many ways of finding information, as well as gathering it, print just isn’t the only contender anymore.
News companies are finding it difficult to keep up with social media sites for initiating news stories. They have to think of news ways to get the newest news out in the timeliest fashion.
Social media has won the term of the century for Americans. Social media has impacted our world in amazing ways, one of those being the creation of the weblog or the blog.
There are crazy amounts of websites, blogs, books, and other discussions going on about how churches should be handle blogging. "We're in the middle of the biggest communication shift since the printing press" according to http://www.churchandnewmedia.com and since the church is viewed as older and more conservative, figuring out how to stay relevant should be on the tip of everyone's tongue.
In the ever changing, fast paced world of the media we're all zooming through to get our daily dose of news, but we take it like cough syrup, fast and with out really digesting it. So, when it comes to a blogging how do we tell if we're getting a good dose of Robitussin or just something that looks like it and tastes really bad?
With the rise of social media, companies are constantly having to keep up. From Facebook, Twitter, Instagram to blogs, there are many outlets for new media.
As social media takes an even further climb into the homes of America, it is also effecting the professional world even more. For some it has become easy to adapt to this new form of communication but those in the field are expected to use and have it mastered before everyone else.
